Their produce has been absolutely…

Their produce has been absolutely horrible lately and to top it off they put their non-organic with their organic and you don't even know until you get home my mistake it's very expensive to shop there and their customer service is absolutely horrible most of them are very rude. I shop at the Whole Foods in Andover Massachusetts. If I could find somewhere else that had decent fresh produce organic I would never go back to Whole Foods again!!!!

Why?

There's an employee at a local Whole Foods who has an attitude. Anything a customer asks may be resented, as if they were crossing a line when actually they are not. Recently she was asked to pack the cold and frozen food together. I spent $200. I had five or six bags. She did the exact opposite; all but one bag was a mix of cold and room temperature items.
Whole Foods corporate leadership is mistreating a local vendor, which in turn causes issues for the customers.
Many Whole Foods employees go above and beyond, including the male employees, but there are some male employees who are disturbed and misogynist. They are strangely favored by the corporation.
Overall Whole Foods has it's share of virtues but when you mispack all my expensive groceries, bad reviews happen.

They charge more then the 10%sales tax…

They charge more then the 10%sales tax on non food items. Charged me 20 cents more.
Plus taxed on reg price not the sales price.
Will not go there again.
They know a lot of people won't check and calculate their tax, especially the well off people.

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst employees EVER. Every time I shop at Whole Foods, specifically Willowbrook IL, it is guaranteed there will be an issue. The employees are incredibly rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. When reaching for the packaged salmon from the gentlemen at the counter, I am yelled at like a child. The COVID protocols have only increased their anger and feel obligated to yell and watch your every move. I’ve been laughed at by the employees after I responded back in a harsh manner due to being treated with absolute zero respect. I’ve had it with Whole Foods, after numerous efforts to try to keep shopping, I refuse to come back. Whole Foods, you have a great product selection, however, a lot of your employees are deplorable.

Amazing Place for Shopping

Whole Foods Market is one of my favorite stores. It's a wonderful shopping place. There's still somebody there, and they're both very polite and willing to help. The shop is nice and clean, and I appreciate the choice of merchandise. At the checkout, they are still very efficient and ask if you have located anything you want. The atmosphere is really pleasant.

Whole Foods is not socially responsible

I was just in the Whole Foods in Wexford
It was extremely crowded I’m sure over their capacity and multiple people were walking around without masks
There was no way to social distance
They should be ashamed of how they are handling protecting customers

Nice experience

Flavorful food is delicious, and it tastes unique, actually. I shopped in NYC, New Jersey, Long Island.

TUFF TURKEY

The person that was angry because they weren't able to get a Whole Foods turkey was luckier than getting one. Our little turkey was too tough to eat, even in soup. It had a strong odor. Tossed it!

I went to whole foods in Albuquerque

I went to whole foods in Albuquerque, NM in NE area and people were not following social distancing and standing in line in back of cars parked. People in line do not follow where to stand in line when green signs are evident. I was backing out of my parking area and told people where to stand in line. They didn't listen. I told the whole foods monitors that people are not following signs where to stand in line and unable to back up where I was parked. It didn't seem to phase them.

RUDE

Amazon shoppers are RUDE! Out of food! No limes,no carrots, Half the wall of veggies out, out of Thai basil! But back to your shoppers for Amazon are DISCUSTINGLY RUDE! IN BELLEVUE! No social distancing! Gross! There is no excuse for your shoppers to shoot dirty looks at people with disabilities! You need to retrain them! I spend almost 1200.00 a month at your store! I am now willing to shop at another store! You are VERY LUCKY THAT YOU HAVE DORY THAT WORKS FOR YOU!
